AdvisorAdventures™ is an independently owned and operated travel advisory business, currently based in Colorado, and affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. as a preferred travel advisor partner. You can reach us at nancy.fry@fora.travel.

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our services, read our content, and submit inquiries. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, scraping or harvesting content at scale, or submitting false or fraudulent information through our forms.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, articles, the Travel ROI Reset™ framework and materials, graphics, logos, badges, photography, and the overall look and feel — is owned by AdvisorAdventures™ or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. "AdvisorAdventures" and "Travel ROI Reset" are trademarks of AdvisorAdventures™. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for normal personal browsing and printing for your own reference (for example, printing a sample itinerary for your own trip planning).
4. Not Professional Advice
Content on this Site — including the Travel ROI Reset™ framework, destination guides, and blog articles — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not personalized travel, medical, legal, financial, or insurance advice, and it does not account for your individual circumstances. Travel involves inherent risks (health, safety, weather, political, financial, and otherwise), and you are responsible for your own travel decisions, including obtaining appropriate documentation, vaccinations, visas, and travel insurance. We recommend consulting the relevant government travel advisories (such as the U.S. State Department) before booking or departing on any trip.
5. Travel Planning Services
If you engage AdvisorAdventures™ for travel planning services, that engagement is governed by the terms described on our Planning Fees & Terms page and any separate agreement you sign with us, as well as the applicable terms and conditions of Fora Travel, Inc. and the suppliers used to book your trip. Where these Terms and a signed planning agreement conflict on a planning-services matter, the signed agreement controls.
6. Digital Products
From time to time we may offer digital products for purchase, such as the Travel ROI Reset™ workbook. Digital products are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files. Purchases are processed by a third-party checkout provider; because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue receiving your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
7. Reviews & Submitted Content
If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us (for example, through our client review form), you confirm it's honest and your own, and you grant AdvisorAdventures™ permission to publish it on the Site and in our marketing materials, in accordance with the consent you provide at the time of submission. You may ask us to remove a published review at any time by emailing nancy.fry@fora.travel.
8. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Sites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services we don't control, including affiliate partners such as GetYourGuide and Faye, and our travel host network partner Fora Travel. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you, as disclosed on the relevant pages. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them doesn't constitute an unconditional endorsement.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdvisorAdventures™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on its content, or any travel booked or planned in connection with it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless a signed planning agreement between you and AdvisorAdventures™ specifies otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
